This was perfect theme to use that picture of vintage hats. I have been saving the pic for years. Glad I could finally use it!

Leskiäidin tyttäret / Widow's daughters

Nyt kun Vuodatuksessa sijaitseva suomenkielinen blogini odottaa järjestelmien korjausten valmistumista, laitan tänne ainakin tämän haastekortin.
Kortti ottaa osaa Leilan haasteet -blogin neliökorttihaasteeseen "Leskiäidin tyttäret".

Tumma tytär järjestelee kukkasia ruukkuun. Kuvasta löytyy siis tumma tytär, paljon lilaa :), helmi, pitsiä ja kukkasia. Vesivärikuvalla on myös pari, vaalea tytär. En ole vielä ehtinyt tehdä siitä korttia, mutta tarkoitus on, ehkäpä tänään.

Edit: Vaaleaa tytärtä edustava korttikin on valmistunut muutama päivä sitten, mutta laitan kuvan vasta, kun kortti on lähtenyt vastaanottajalleen. :)

Now that the blog I keep in Finnish is out of my reach due to fixing of the system, I'll publish here this challenge card.  It's for square card challenge #2 of Leilan haasteet. The challenge is somewhat like using a receipt and Leila made two receipts.

In this card can be found a brunette daughter, lilac colours, some lace, a pearl and flowers. I have another aquarelle picture of the blond daughter (receipt two) but it's not yet ready.

The lines of F

Good evening!

The present challenge of Collage Obsession inspired me to make my interpretation of the letter F.

Creating fonts is something I have always found interesting.
This time, instead of making a detailed letter I visualized "big lines".
